Partner Terms

The program

As a partner you recommend VOQX with your personal link. You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent of VOQX, and you may not make promises or sign contracts on its behalf.

Taking part is free. We may approve or decline applications at our discretion.

Which customers count as yours

A customer counts as yours if they open your link and sign up for an account within 60 days. If they later open another partner's link before signing up, the later link counts.

Once the customer's first payment is made, the assignment is final. You cannot refer yourself, and customers who had an account before opening your link do not count.

Commission

You earn commission on every payment your customers actually make for a VOQX plan, for as long as they pay. The basis is the amount we receive after sales tax, VAT and payment fees.

Your rate depends on the number of your paying customers: 1 to 4 customers 20 %, 5 to 19 customers 25 %, 20 or more customers 30 %. We may agree an individual rate with you in writing; it replaces this scale.

The rate that applies on the day of each customer payment is used for that payment.

Staying active

Commission is meant for partners who keep bringing new customers. A customer counts as new 30 days after their first payment, if that payment has not been refunded.

If you bring no new paying customer for 3 months, your rate becomes 10 % (or your lower rate) for all your customers. After 6 months without a new paying customer you no longer earn commission. As soon as a new customer counts, your full rate applies again.

We remind you by email after 2 and after 5 months. Commission you have already earned is always paid out.

Payouts

Commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer's payment. We pay once a month, from the 5th, by PayPal or bank transfer, in US dollars, when your payable balance is at least USD 50. Lower balances carry over to the next month.

If a customer payment is refunded or charged back, the commission for it is cancelled. If it was already paid out, it is deducted from your next commission.

You are responsible for any tax, including income tax and VAT, on your commission, and for giving us correct name, address and payout details.

How you may promote us

You must not promise the removal of reviews or search results, and you must not say that VOQX reports content on a customer's behalf. VOQX monitors, checks and guides; the customer decides and acts.

No spam, no purchased contact lists, no misleading claims. Do not bid on "VOQX" or similar spellings in paid search ads, and do not present yourself as VOQX.

What your customers share with you

In your dashboard you see the company name, plan and subscription status of your customers, so you can support them. You must keep this information confidential and use it only for that purpose.

Suspension and termination

You may leave the program at any time by email. We may suspend or end your participation if you break these terms. Commission earned until then is paid out, except in cases of fraud, where we may cancel it.

We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. If you do not agree, you can leave the program before the change takes effect.
