Terms of Service

1. The service

VOQX is software that collects publicly visible reviews about your business from Google and Trustpilot (and, in the Rangers plan, Yelp, Tripadvisor and Google search results for your business name), checks negative reviews against the published content policies of those platforms, and gives you a suggested report text, a direct link and step-by-step instructions.

You decide whether to report a review and you report it yourself, from your own account on the platform. We do not submit reports on your behalf, we do not log into your platform accounts and we never write, buy, sell or manage reviews.

The free check shows a snapshot of publicly available information and is provided without any commitment. Its detailed results, which only contain publicly visible reviews and search results, can be viewed by signed-in users who have the link.

2. No guarantee of removal

Whether a review is removed is decided solely by the platform. We do not guarantee that any review will be removed, and our assessment that a review “looks reportable” is an automated, good-faith evaluation, not legal advice.

Platform rules, interfaces and data availability change. We do our best to keep the service accurate but do not guarantee that every review or search result is found, counted or classified correctly.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for a business that you own or are authorised to represent. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity in your account.

You may only monitor your own business. You must not use the service to harass reviewers, to identify anonymous reviewers, to submit false reports or to manipulate reviews.

4. Plans, payment and taxes

Plans are Scout ($29 per month or $290 per year) and Rangers ($79 per month or $790 per year). Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your purchase. You can also send refund requests to us at hello@evorangers.com; we forward them to Paddle.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. The limits of each plan (locations, platforms, check frequency, search terms, manual checks) are shown on the pricing page and apply from the next run after a plan change.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account page or through the Paddle customer portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; no further payments are taken.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Optional personal help

The “Do it for me” button only sends us a request. Any personal service we offer in response is agreed and invoiced separately by us, outside of Paddle, and is not part of your subscription.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and where mandatory law provides so. Otherwise our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for decisions made by review platforms or for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination and changes

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. We may change these terms for good reason, for example new features or legal requirements; we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts in Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
